Service Description
Do you want to host your own event and in a space in the heart of Hattiesburg with a beautiful backdrop? We can help you make that happen! We offer our building to rent for private dinners, anniversary dinners, baby showers, bridal showers, and other small parties. The blue building at 6204 US Hwy 49 in Hattiesburg is the neighboring building to The Mint Julep Patio. It is currently available on a first come basis. Your rental fee is $250. This is for 4 hours, including time for set-up, the actual event, and breakdown/clean up time. A refundable $100 damage deposit for clean up and damages must be paid at time of booking. The rental fee includes the building only. Tables and chairs may be added and set up for an additional fee. Additional time beyond 4 hours is $50 per hour.
